About Massage Therapy
Are you looking for relief from everyday aches and pains? Chiropractic and massage work hand in hand for effective healing. Chiropractic addresses the structure of your musculoskeletal system while massage therapy focuses on the soft tissue that has been fatigued. Massage can also help facilitate a chiropractic adjustment. The many benefits of massage include
- Balancing body and mind
- Breaking up scar tissue
- Easing digestive issues
- Eliminating excess fluid retention
- Improving circulation and muscle tone
- Improving posture
- Promoting relaxation
- Reducing muscle spasm
Therapeutic massage therapy can be an effective solution to help your body cope with stress and exercise that take a toll on your health. It’s a great complement to chiropractic care, and Dr. Jim may recommend massage as a part of your care plan if you’re a patient with us. Amanda welcomes you into a relaxing, private room where your healing can begin.
You’re welcome to schedule a massage session whether or not you’re a chiropractic patient at our office.
